These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Audexa website and services. By submitting a royalty transfer through this site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Nature of the service

Audexa provides a royalty payout facilitation service. We receive funds from creators or their intermediaries, deduct a 10% service fee, and arrange for the remaining 90% to be sent to the payout details supplied by the creator. Audexa does not operate as a bank, investment firm, or financial advisor.

2. Relationship with platforms

Audexa is independent from audiobook platforms, marketplaces and distributors. All agreements and relationships with such platforms remain solely between you and those providers.

3. Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for ensuring that funds sent to Audexa are legitimate and originate from lawful sources such as royalty or content income.
• You are responsible for providing accurate payout details. Audexa is not liable for losses due to incorrect account or wallet information supplied by you.
• You are responsible for your own tax obligations in your country of residence.

4. Fees

Audexa charges a flat 10% service fee on the gross amount you send to us for each transfer. For example, if you send 1,000 (in any supported currency), our fee is 100 and the remaining 900 is earmarked for payout to you. The 90% amount is an estimate before any separate fees or exchange rates applied by banks or payment providers.

5. Payout times

We aim to process payouts as promptly as reasonably possible after confirming receipt of funds and verifying details, but timing can be affected by banking delays, compliance checks, weekends, public holidays and third-party systems.

6. Compliance & risk

Audexa may request additional information or documentation (such as proof of royalties, identity documents, or source-of-funds explanations) to comply with applicable laws and risk controls. We may refuse or delay processing a transfer if we believe it may be unlawful, high-risk, or in breach of these Terms.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Audexa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee paid to Audexa in relation to the specific transfer in question.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time of your transfer will apply to that transfer.
